TRANSITION TO ADULTHOOD COACHING

Communication, confidence, and real-world skills

Growing up involves more than academics.
It is about learning how to communicate, connect with others, and navigate real-life situations with confidence.
This service is designed to support teens and young adults through that transition.

Build confidence in communication

We help young people:
– speak clearly and confidently
– express their thoughts with ease
– communicate effectively in different situations
– feel more comfortable being themselves
We understand that confidence looks different for everyone. Our approach is flexible, supportive, and tailored to the individual.

Social communication and relationships

Real-life communication is often unpredictable.
We work on:
– starting and maintaining conversations
– understanding social cues
– navigating friendships
– handling awkward or challenging situations
– building confidence in dating and social environments
We create a safe space to practise these skills without pressure.

Interview and job readiness

Many young people know what to say but struggle with how to say it.
We support:
– interview preparation
– answering questions clearly and confidently
– workplace communication skills
– professional behaviour and presentation
The focus is on real-world readiness, not scripts.

Building independence

Confidence grows through doing.

We help develop practical skills such as:

– making phone calls
– asking for help
– advocating for yourself
– managing everyday interactions

These are the skills that support independence beyond school.

Working with neurodivergent teens and young adults

We specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, and learning differences.
We understand that social situations can feel overwhelming, communication may not come naturally, and confidence is often impacted by past experiences.
Our approach is practical, strengths-based, and focused on real-life outcomes. We meet each person where they are and build skills in a way that feels achievable and relevant.

Who this is for

This service is ideal for teens and young adults who:
– lack confidence in speaking or social situations
– feel anxious in conversations or new environments
– need support preparing for work or interviews
– want to become more independent

A practical, supportive approach

Sessions are personalised, conversational, and focused on real-life situations.

We create a space where young people can practise, reflect, and build confidence over time.
